The Primal by 7 Regressive Assistance Method
Who needs weights when you have the Primal by 7 and RAM training?
The Regressive Assistance Method (RAM) system is an uncomplicated progressive exercise program incorporating seven basic movements, offering unlimited potential for back to basics fitness. To get started, users simply secure the belts with built in anchors around a stable structure such as a pull up bar or doorframe.
Custom, lightweight gymnast rings which are rubber coated for comfort and durability allow for a secure grip while the accompanying regressive support band cradles the body during workouts for unlimited control. The PRIMALx7 system can be customized with one of three assistance bands to accommodate virtually any body weight or workout style.
A dynamic workout without boundaries, users can experience pull-ups, squats, arm exercises, superman jumps, and even lunges enabling a total workout. For optimal results, recommended moves should occur at 30, 45 or 60 second intervals, allowing the heart and metabolic rates to rise. Intermittent rests will bring these levels back to their starting point allowing you to take full advantage of the body's natural metabolic response.
The bottom line is users will experience greater strength and quicker weight loss making a reliable fitness routine more attainable.
